I am a qualified, fully insured, ITEC therapist and am a member and Approved Therapist of Embody (formerly the International Guild of Professional Practitioners). I am based in Watford, Hertfordshire and my practice is on the ground floor, with easy access and off-street parking.  Please click here for a map.

The choice of therapies available includes Massage (Hot Stone, Therapeutic, Holistic, Pregnancy and Indian Head), Reiki, Reflexology and Vertical Reflex Therapy. Appointments are usually for 30 minutes or an hour, although longer appointments are available on request. You may choose up to two different therapies for your treatment when booking an appointment for an hour or more (this does not include Hot Stone Massage or Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy).

I am a qualified Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist, having studied and qualified with the London School of Sports Massage. Sports Massage is available in 30 minute or one hour appointments, after the initial one hour appointment which incorporates a full consultation and treatment. 

I am also a qualified Baby Massage Instructor and run courses for individuals, couples or groups. Training can take place in your own home or at my practice and all participants are provided with an information pack and oil.
